At Mikkel Hollins, we make sure your order is prepared and shipped with care.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day through our trusted delivery partners.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day and dispatched shortly after.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are also processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you can easily follow its journey through our Order Tracking page using your order number.

Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie and swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

All our items are sealed with a special “Open by You Only” hygiene package to ensure freshness and protection. Once the seal is broken or the product is removed from its packaging, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization code and detailed instructions to send the item back.

Returns made following our guidance are free of charge.
After sending your return, please make sure to keep your shipment tracking number so you can monitor the return status.
